Abstract
Intrascrotal hemangioma is very rare, benign vascular tumor characterized by soft and spongy like compressible vascularity. It is primarily composed of large venous channel occuring in the deep dermis and subcutaneous tissue, first reported by
Robert in
1851. Complications of intrascrotal hemangioma include thrombosis, phlebitis, massive hemorrhage, and infertility. The treatment of choice is wide local excision of the tumor with the overlying skin.
We have experienced a case of intrascrotal cavernous hemangioma who was a 24-year old man with painful scrotal mass and reported with literatures.
